The Indian Navy has officially announced the exam date for the Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 01/2024. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to take place from September 10 to September 14, 2024. Earlier this year, the Indian Navy invited online applications for various civilian posts under the INCET 01/2024 recruitment. The application window was open from July 20, 2024, to August 2, 2024. Application Fees

Candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC categories were required to pay an application fee of ₹295. However, candidates from SC, ST, PWD, ESM categories, and all female candidates were exempt from this fee.

Age Limits

• Chargeman (Mechanic) & Scientific Assistant: 18-30 years
• Fireman & Fire Engine Driver: 18-27 years
• Other Posts (e.g., MTS, Tradesman Mate, Cook): 18-25 years

Age relaxation will be applied as per government rules. The crucial date for calculating the age limit was August 2, 2024.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates were required to meet specific educational qualifications for each post, ranging from a Class 10th pass for some positions to a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields for others. Detailed qualifications are provided in the official notification PDF.

Selection Process
